- Initiate design build options with owners.
- Provide an inclusive scope of work for the entire project.
- Prepare a comprehensive budget with pricing options.
- Prepare Project Schedules
- Ensure all local and state permits and documents are procured prior to construction.
- Qualifying and select the proper subcontractors and materials.
- Provide qualified craftsmen and quality material for the general construction of the project.
- Maintain construction schedule based on timely and realistic goals.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site.
- Schedule regular meetings with owners and their representatives.
- Coordinate all required site inspections.
- Ensure timely completion and budget goals of the customer are realized.
- Finalize Certificate of Occupancy.
- Complete punchlist items and warranty work as required in a timely manner.
