  • Maintain construction schedule based on timely and realistic goals.
  • Maintain a safe and clean job site.
  • Schedule regular meetings with owners and their representatives.
  • Coordinate all required site inspections.
  • Ensure timely completion and budget goals of the customer are realized.
  • Finalize Certificate of Occupancy.
  • Complete punchlist items and warranty work as required in a timely manner.
